Let the Travel BeginWell Our Departure Date (10/01/06) is getting closer every day...
We will be leaving on Thursday morning "EARLY"... Our first stop will be in Medford , OR. and spend the night at Dutch and Sue's home ... (Sue is my cousin).
We will to Sherwood, OR., on Friday...to our friends Marty & Mary's new home for lunch. Then on to Astoria, arriving in the evening ... at Tom (our son), Suzanne (our daughter-in-law), & Kaley's (our oldest granddaughter), home.
We will be there until the 21st then we will go to Wnchester Bay, OR., to meet up with a bunch of HDTers (Heavy Duty Truckers)...they all pull 5ers...we are staying in a motel. We are only going there cause they invited us and we are really enjoying meeting the people that are part of the Escapees.
Wemwill return home on the 25th.
We met Bill T. and Sharon a couple of weeks ago and they will be there too...most of the "guys" (that will be there) I have talked to on the "forum", with theiir wives or significant others...so we will be putting names with faces...plus we will learn so much from these guys...we always do!!!
Tomorrow it is babysitting with Autumn...so then...pack....sleep...and get up and go!!!!
Hopefully I will be able to post a couple of time while I am gone...we'll see.............................
