Let the Travel Begin

Friday we were out with friends from Sonora...at at place called "Chicken'N'Ribs"...they have the best "SOUTHERN" food...Their recepies are from their grandmother who was from Lousisna ... They have Pork or Beef Ribs'N'Chicken, Tri-Tip, Hot Links...all slow cooked outside on a real wood BBQ...They have Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Collard Greens, Corn on the cob, Fried: Cat Fish, Shrimp, Oysters, Chicken & Sweet Potato French Fries....And believe it or not the have "Sweetpotato" Pie.

The man at the end, with the blue mug, is Ken, he is the chef at Old Oak Ranch, in Sonora...the man at this end with the blue shirt is our son-in-law and he is also a chef/banker/meat cutter & etc....But we all are "FOODIES"...so a good time was had by all!

Well, it is Saturday night...and Tomorrow is Easter Sunday...I hope and pray that all who read this blog are haveing a blessed weekend. We are and are looking forward to being with the family tomorrow for dinner!!!

Who kn0ws where we will be next Easter!!!!
